Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • Unopened and unused products: You can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This includes e-liquids, vape devices, accessories, and any other sealed items.
  • Faulty or damaged products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
  • Incorrect products: If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will gladly send you the correct item at no additional cost. You can also choose to return the incorrect item for a full refund.

Non-refundable items:

  • Opened or used products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened or used e-liquids, atomizers, coils, or any other consumable items.
  • Clearance items: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash.

Returning Your Product:

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
